EXEMPTION OF REGISTRATION FEE
All POSI, TCOS & OSSAP members (Kindly provide the Member ship Number) over 70 years of age are exempt from paying the conference registration fee except workshop and banquet fee.
Kindly register in advance. No Spot registration for the Honorary Delegate.
REFUND POLICY
All requests for cancellation of registration must be sent to the organizing secretary in writing and must be accompanied by the original “Acknowledgment letter”.
Deduction of charges will be as follows
Upto 30th September 2009
25% of registration fee
Upto 15th November 2009
50% of registration fee
After 1st December 2009
100% of registration fee
Refunds will be made only after the conference and will be paid by cheque only.
REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
Please register early to avoid disappointment.
Appropriate registration fee must be paid in advance for confirmation of delegate status.
Registration fee includes attendance at all scientific sessions on (23rd & 24th January 2010), admission to trade exhibition area, two conference lunches and conference gifts.
All accompanying persons must be registered and the appropriate fees paid in advance. This entitles them to two conference lunches.
Spot registrations are few and will depend on the availability due to space constraints. Furthermore these delegates cannot be guaranteed conference kit/gift.
Members must quote their POSI, TCOS & OSSAP membership number failing which they will be treated as non-members and become liable to pay enhanced fee as per the schedule.
Registrations cannot be transferred.
Banquet charges must be paid by all those desiring to attend it including those exempt from paying the conference fee.
Registration should be made on the prescribed form enclosed herewith or its photocopy. The same form can be downloaded from the conference website.
The payment should be in the form of demand draft in the name of “Paediatric Ortho Con” payable in Hyderabad or by cheques drawn on a Hyderabad bank. Outstation cheques will not be accepted.
Acknowledgment of registration will be sent to all the delegates. This letter will show your I.D. number and payment details.
The original acknowledgment letter must be produced at the registration counter at the venue. In exchange of this letter the receipt of payment, meal coupon, banquet coupon, etc will be given.
