Conference Details: The venue of the main conference is the Swamy Vivekananda Auditorium, Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad. The trade exhibition areas are located in vicinity of the of main conference hall. Delegates are advised to co-operate with the security arrangements at the venue. Please don't leave your conference kit/bags unattended.
Registration Counters: The counters will open at 7:30 am on Friday, 22nd January, 2010 in the reception area. Please present your original receipt at the time of Registration.
Spot Registration: Spot registration won't be possible, after registration crosses 600. So, hurry!
Meals: Lunch will be offered during the conference against meal coupons. Kindly present these to a member of the hospitality staff or a volunteer. Tea and Biscuits will be available through the length of the day.
POSI Help Desk: A help desk will be located in the reception area, venue of the main conference.
Audio-visual room: An Audio-visual preview room will be available at the venue.
Accommodation Arrangements: Delegates will arrange their transfers directly to and fro to the venue.
Security Arrangements: We request your co-operation and patience with the stringent security arrangements at the conference venue.
